Tiermap Support

Please include your macOS version, the Tiermap version (Tiermap → About Tiermap) and what you expected to happen. Never send API keys or other secrets.

Setup

Connect App Store Connect

  1. Step 1

    Create a key in App Store Connect → Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API. It needs the App Manager or Admin role to change prices.

  2. Step 2

    Enter the Issuer ID and Key ID.

  3. Step 3

    Paste the contents of your AuthKey_XXXXXXXXXX.p8 file, or choose the file.

  4. Step 4

    Click Validate & Save. The key is stored only in your Keychain.

Setup

Connect Google Play

  1. Step 1

    In Google Cloud, enable the Google Play Android Developer API and the Google Play Developer Reporting API.

  2. Step 2

    Create a service account, then Keys → Add key → JSON, and download the file.

  3. Step 3

    In Play Console → Users and permissions, invite the service account’s e-mail with access to your apps, View financial data and Manage store presence.

  4. Step 4

    In Tiermap, click Choose JSON Key…. The key is stored only in your Keychain.

Yes. Choose Try with Sample Data on the first screen (or Help → Explore Sample Data). Nothing is sent to App Store Connect or Google Play.
