Tiers & PPP
Group countries into colour‑coded tiers, or seed them from purchasing‑power‑parity data. Move a country with a click.
Localize every price
Group countries into tiers, set one price per tier, and push clean local prices to App Store Connect and Google Play — for subscriptions and in‑app purchases.
Free download · No account · No API keys needed to explore

The problem
A dollar price converted at the exchange rate is a bargain in Zurich and a luxury in São Paulo. Tiers let you price for what people can actually pay — in numbers that look like they were set locally, because they were.
Same sticker. Very different weight in each wallet.
Local currency, local price points, clean endings.
How it works
Not ready to connect your keys? The app ships with sample data, so you can run the whole flow first.
Group countries into Tier A, B and C — your way, or start from purchasing‑power‑parity data and adjust.
One price per tier, in fixed USD or relative to your base. Tiermap converts to every currency and snaps to clean local price points.
Preview every change, then send it to App Store Connect and Google Play — one country, a whole tier, or many products at once.
Features
Group countries into colour‑coded tiers, or seed them from purchasing‑power‑parity data. Move a country with a click.
One country, a selection, a whole tier, or many products at once. Fixed USD or relative to your base price.
Preview every change before it’s sent. Warnings catch big jumps and typos. See and cancel scheduled price changes.
Mirror a plan between the App Store and Google Play, link the same plans across stores, and get warned when they drift.
Every change Tiermap sends is logged locally on your Mac. Export it to CSV when accounting comes asking.
Every tier edit can be undone. Rearrange freely — nothing reaches a store until you confirm.

Privacy
API keys live in your Mac’s Keychain. Tiermap talks directly to Apple and Google — there’s no Tiermap server in the middle, because there is no Tiermap server.

App Store Connect and Google Play — subscriptions and in‑app purchases in both. You can use one store or both, and link the same plan across them to catch drift.
App Store Connect: an API key with the App Manager or Admin role. Google Play: a service account with the Google Play Android Developer API and the Play Developer Reporting API enabled, invited in Play Console with access to your apps, View financial data and Manage store presence. The Support page walks through both.
Your keys are stored in your Mac’s Keychain and Tiermap talks directly to Apple and Google. There’s no account, no Tiermap server, no analytics and no tracking. History stays on your Mac.
Purchasing power parity compares what money buys in different countries. Tiermap can use PPP data to suggest a percentage of your base price for each tier — you stay in control of the final numbers.
Yes. The download is free and includes sample data, so you can build tiers, set prices and preview changes without any API keys. The yearly plan also starts with a 7‑day free trial.
You choose. On the App Store you can preserve current prices for existing subscribers; on Google Play you can choose whether to move them to the new price. The preview spells it out before anything is sent.
You can set a start date, see scheduled price changes and cancel them. Tier edits can always be undone, and nothing reaches a store until you confirm the preview.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple — cancel anytime from your Apple ID’s subscription settings. Lifetime is a one‑time purchase with nothing to cancel.
Free on the Mac App Store. Bring your keys when you’re ready — or just play with the sample data until you are.
